Program Details

The online Master of Business Administration in Executive Coaching from Bellevue University is intended to build your skillset to lead upper-level management within your company.  You will learn to problem-solve and coach your colleagues in a way that promotes efficacy and productivity while accomplishing organizational goals.  Accompanying your classwork with this online MBA, are weekly conference calls with your cohort and faculty.  There are three required, one-credit hour internships with each course in this concentration.  The three classes comprising the online Executive Coaching concentration include:

• Ethical and professional principles of executive coaching
• Executive coaching communication skills
• Role and relationship dynamics of executive coaching
