Program Details

The online Master of Arts in Adult and Community Education program provides students with skills in instructional design, staff development, program evaluation, and community education development.  Students are prepared to work in businesses and organizations planning, designing, implementing, and evaluating programs for adults.  The curriculum teaches adult and community learning concepts, theories, and practices; educational program design, implementation, and evaluation; strategies for creating and sustaining learning organizations; and interaction of educational, social, political, and economic systems within communities.
