The online Master of Arts in Education in Mild to Moderate Educational Needs program prepares teachers to fulfill a statewide and national need for intervention specialists. The program teaches educators to work in inclusive settings as consultant teachers, small group instructors, resource room teachers, transition service coordinators, and co-teachers in an inclusive classroom. Courses include Education of Children with Special Needs, Introduction to Students with Mild/Moderate Educational Needs, Assessment for Students with Mild/Moderate Educational Needs, Classroom Management for Students with Mild/Moderate Educational Needs, and Professional Collaboration and Transition Development.
