Bachelor of Arts in Business Leadership
Students interested in pursing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Leadership (BBL) will need to turn in a completed application form and fee. Required is a minimum of one-year work experience, official transcripts from high school or previously attended universities, and the scores to the TOEFL test. Those entering out of high school need a GPA of at least 2.3 or a GED score of 47 or above. Transfer students with less than 12 credits need to follow the high school application guidelines. To be eligible to transfer, students must obtain a 2.0 GPA with grades no lower than a "C."
The Bachelor of Arts in Business Leadership from Baker University consists of 41 credit hours. The BBL program teaches students to become intuitive, manage teams, and communicate efficiently across varying levels of an organization. Classes are offered year-round, and can be completed in 18 months.
To be granted completion of the program, students must complete a total of 124 credit hours, maintaining a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5. An intent to graduate form must be completed no later than six months before the anticipated graduation date.

For students that require greater flexibility, especially working professionals, Baker University offers online programs and courses. Online classes meet the same academic standards as on-campus programs and professors hold no less than a Master’s degree in their discipline. Classes meet asynchronously, and students can log into the Moodle learning management system 24/7 to access assignments and class information. Twenty-four hour technical support is also available. Students complete one course at a time, ranging from six to eight weeks in length, and year-round classes and ongoing start dates afford students the opportunity to complete degrees in accelerated plans.
