Program Details

The Master in Business Administration (MBA) program at Baker College combines conventional academic learning and training with field-based learning experiences. Courses help students implement foundational businesses theory into real-world practices. Students learn to conduct their own research and gain the skills needed to lead organizations to long-term success. The program’s faculty instructors have vast experience as business leaders in senior management positions in a variety of sectors.

Courses place a strong emphasis on building analysis and interpretation skills. Students learn tools useful for both qualitative and quantitative analysis, how to interpret their analysis and use it to suggest necessary changes, and the creative skills needed to implement those changes. The program also places a heavy emphasis on communication skills, both oral and written, that are vital to one’s success in the field.

Baker’s MBA degree offers a wide range of specialties to ensure students’ individual needs are met. The program is comprised of both core and specialty classes.  Persons are required to have completed a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university before being accepted into Baker’s MBA program. Essay. Official college transcripts indicating an undergraduate degree with a GPA of 2.5 or better from a regionally accredited college or university. A current resume indicating a minimum of three years of full-time, professional work experience. GMAT or GRE scores may be submitted if the candidate wants the scores considered in the admission decision.
