Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Bridge)
Azusa Pacific University

Program Details

The Bridge to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree is designed for students completing their associate degrees in Nursing at a community college and who are seeking an early start to the BSN degree.  With this 100% online nursing degree students benefit from the same rigorous curriculum and highly-qualified faculty as other students at Azusa Pacific University but without the pressure of getting to campus for classes.  You will also benefit from a cohort model of instruction that allows you to progress with the same group of students.

This, like any nursing program, provides the theoretical basis for nursing, including the essential interrelationship of theory, practice, policy, and research.  However, this nursing degree focuses on Christian views and ethics, preparing nurses who will care for the whole person.  Courses are designed to teach skills and knowledge that provide a deeper level of patient care in various health care settings.

Upon completion of your associate degree, you will then transition to APU to complete your BSN degree.
