Program Details

The online Master of Science in Education in Curriculum & Instruction program is designed for practicing teachers who wish to be prepared for licensure in curriculum, instruction, and special education. Students focus on leadership skills, instructional best practices, improving curriculum development, and professional growth.  Coursework also includes critical and analytical skills, communication and collaboration skills, and strong organizational and management skills.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree with a cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0 (4.0 scale) from an accredited institution
  • Official transcript(s)
  • A valid teaching certificate
  • No record as a felon or sex offender
  • Two years of teaching experience
  • A written commitment from a building level administrator who will function as your mentor
