The Educational Specialist in Educational Leadership in Gifted & Talented Director imparts a deeper understanding of the unique needs of gifted and talented students. Graduates leave with increased proficiency in teaching gifted students.

This online gifted program enables you to direct the continuous improvement of gifted student programs. Courses also teach the management of such programs. Students develop the skills to lead staff in the detection, selection, placement, and progression of gifted children.

Candidates for this gifted and special education program must have a master’s degree and at least one year of teaching gifted and talented students.
