Arkansas State University Mid-South was founded in 1991 after legislation by the Arkansas Legislature facilitated the transition of several vocational-technical schools into community colleges and branches of four-year schools. The school is located in West Memphis, Arkansas on nearly 90 acres of land surrounding Broadway Street and parts of College Boulevard.
MSCC offers degree and certificate programs. Transfer programs are available in Associate of Arts, Associate of Arts Teaching, and Business Technology. Technical programs are available to students in ten different concentrations. A wide range of online courses are offered through the Ed-2-Go Online Instruction Center and several degrees can be earned completely online.
