Program Details

Arizona State University's online Master of Science in Information Management targets professionals who are interested in learning about or having a career in information technology, information systems, and information security. Most business and organizations are almost entirely dependent on the availability of communications and availability of data made available by online interactions and as a result, the role of systems administrators, developers, and designers have become pivotal for the success in creation and development of business, government, or nonprofit organizations. Students will learn how data is managed, secured, and interpreted and how to develop systems to control communications and analyze information.

Requirements

An undergraduate degree in a related field from an accredited university. Completed prerequisite college-level courses or equivalent experience in statistics and a programming language. Program is professionals with at least two years of work experience. Resume. Essay. You must have maintained a 3.00 on a 4.00 scale GPA in the last 60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours of undergraduate coursework. Letters of recommendation. One on-campus visit is required.
