Arizona State University Online offers a Master of Business Administration degree for students and professionals in businesses who are interested in developing advanced and specialized knowledge of business management and business organizations in order to develop themselves as administrators and managers. Students will learn the business and entrepreneurial skills necessary to advance their career and meet the demands of the workplace.

The program consists of classroom courses that emphasize real-world education through examination of cases and education that will be applicable on the job. Those classes include organizational leadership, small business leadership, accounting and finance, working relationships, operations and planning, strategic management, entrepreneurship and feasibility, human resources management,  supply chain operations, managerial accounting, managerial finance, qualitative and quantitative methods, project management, project risk management and assessment, and information systems management.

Through completion of the program, students will have demonstrated the professionalism and skill necessary to earn the degree. The qualifications demonstrate the student has been able to apply the principles they have learned in the program into their eventual development as a functional effective professional. These qualifications include the ability to design appropriate software system structures in response to application needs, organizational environment, and technical ecology, to make appropriate design choices based on system, service, and business process needs, to use sound evaluation practices to select appropriately among competing technologies and technical approaches, and to manage business processes through analysis, design, and optimization in response to organizational needs.
