The healthy lifestyles coaching focus combines exercise and wellness, nutrition, and health sciences to provide you with a solid background in preventative health care.

As a student pursuing this major, you will take classes in fitness, nutrition, healthy eating, stress management, and the cultural and political aspects of health and healthcare. You will interact with faculty and professionals who have devoted their lives to teaching and promoting positive lifestyles.     Requirements

    Successfully complete ASU competency requirements, or be accepted via ACT/SAT scores and/or individual review. These include: Top 25% of high school graduating class; 3.0 GPA or above in competency courses (math, English, science, social science, foreign language, and fine arts); ACT 22 (24 nonresidents); or SAT Reasoning 1040 (1110 nonresidents).
