The BA in Business with a focus on sustainability from ASU’s W. P. Carey School of Business is an innovative program combining the latest business trends with cutting-edge knowledge of sustainability.

As a student studying business with a focus on sustainability, you'll become prepared to meet the growing demand for leaders in sustainability, especially in relation to global businesses. You will develop an expertise in the societal, scientific, and business aspects of sustainability and become fluent in understanding, evaluating, and acting upon sustainability and eco-friendly issues, as well as decision making for short- and long-term gains. You will also examine all aspects of Business Sustainability through courses such as Economics of Sustainability, Global Supply Operations, Business and Sustainability, and Global Supply Chain Management. Graduates in sustainability and business are uniquely qualified for career paths in agribusiness, supply chain management, corporate responsibility, compliance, operations, international development, policy and governance, and urban dynamics. The range of opportunities will continue to increase with demand, making a business sustainability degree highly marketable in the domestic and global economy.

    Successfully complete ASU competency requirements, or be accepted via ACT/SAT scores and/or individual review. These include: Top 25% of high school graduating class; 3.0 GPA or above in competency courses (math, English, science, social science, foreign language, and fine arts); ACT 22 (24 nonresidents); or SAT Reasoning 1040 (1110 nonresidents).
