Program Details

The online Master of Divinity (M.Div.) in Ministerial Leadership is designed for students who are interested in professional-level degrees for careers in the ministry. Students will gain a foundation for further studies in a Doctor of Ministry as well. Courses provide extensive studies in the biblical text and thorough preparation in theology and various areas of practical ministry. You will learn to conduct ministry at the highest level of professional competence and communicate effectively and articulately while becoming committed to, and effective in, evangelism. Graduates are spiritually mature and morally sensitive with how they conduct themselves and relate to others in need; able to research biblical teachings as they relate to ministerial leadership and Christian life; and can address issues of conflict and motivation from a values-based position.
