The Master of Science in Environmental Policy and Management provides academic coursework and research opportunities in one of the world’s most significant issues: the environment. In this online graduate degree, students will explore the use of management tools and strategies to resolve complex environmental problems and controversies, while studying environmental economics and resource availability.
The concentration in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) covers the theory and practice of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA), with a focus on gaining hands-on experience preparing original NEPA compliance documents. Students will review examples of NEPA documents: Categorical Exclusions, Environmental Assessments, and Environmental Impact Statements.
