Program Details

The Associate of Science in Space Studies provides an introduction to the exciting field of aerospace science. You will study current and historical concepts in astronomy, planetary science, space policy, and space flight, with hands-on labs in many of your core courses. The curriculum for this online space studies program was originally designed by former NASA astronaut Dr. James Reilly, veteran of three shuttle missions and five spacewalks. Many of the faculty are leaders in the field, including scientists and engineers currently working for NASA, the space industry, and national astronomical observatories.
