The role of the operations manager within an organization is key to its success. Operations managers plan, direct or coordinate all facets of an organization's business. The business-focused curriculum in AIU’s ACBSP (Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs) accredited Master of Business Administration program with a specialization in operations management, gives students a market-relevant combination of comprehensive business studies and real-world applications in operations management. Students can learn the many facts of planning, directing and coordinating business operations including forecasting, inventory management, site selection and leadership management.
