Program Details

The online Master of Science in Applied Criminology program is designed to prepare individuals to positively impact the world in sectors ranging from law enforcement and security to human resources or victim services.  The curriculum combines advanced theories in criminology, criminal law, and forensic psychology, helping students gain knowledge and skills to prevent, mitigate, and investigate conflict and violence.  You can choose from a variety of concentrations, allowing you to tailor the education to your interests and career, including:

  • Conflict Resolution and Crisis Management
  • Criminal Behavior
  • Victimology


  • Must have a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution of higher education or its international equivalent
  • Must have achieved a GPA of 3.0 or higher in their undergraduate coursework
  • Those with a GPA below a 3.0 may still apply
