Allen County Community College offers a Certificate in Meat or Livestock Evaluation for students who are interested in learning about the processes involved in the evaluation of meat or livestock for agricultural purposes. Students learn about animal science, agricultural economics, and the business of animal agriculture and prepare for roles in the selection and sales of livestock and meat products.
- High school transcript or proof of GED completion and scores
- Official transcripts from any other colleges attended
- ACT or SAT scores if taken (if not taken or scores are more than three years old, an ACCUPLACER test is required)
