Allen County Community College offers a Certificate in Business Management for students who are interested in learning about managerial roles in businesses and organizations, for the purpose of assisting professional development by providing certification demonstrating their qualifications. Through the program, students will develop an understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in administrating a business, and develop their understanding of business communication, business operations, and the structure and systems utilized by businesses.
The program allows students to develop their professional understanding of any field by learning about the fundamental business operations that are inherent in any business. Classes include introduction to business, introduction to entrepreneurship, introduction to leadership, financial accounting, business law, personal finance, human relations in business, microeconomics, principles of management, and Microsoft office.
- High School Transcript or proof of GED completion and scores
- Official Transcripts from any other colleges attended
- ACT or SAT scores if taken (If not taken or scores are more than three years old, an ACCUPLACER test is required. You can test at either campus free of charge)
