Program Details

The online PhD in Organizational Leadership from Adler University gives students the skills to create engagement and empowerment in their workplace, and to understand how to best support teams and other leaders. Students are prepared to become innovative and socially conscious leaders in both academic and professional settings.

The curriculum explores the process of finding solutions for complex social challenges. Graduates will understand the role of socially conscious leadership and how to analyze data for the strategic and ethical implementation of initiatives. Every Adler student completes a Social Justice internship at a community outreach site in their local community.
