I have a question about accreditation, I’m a little lost.
So I live in NC and am looking into going back into school, I have some credits from previous years in school that I would like to have transfered. The school I’m thinking about enrolling in is American Intercontinental, which has several campuses and online degrees. They are accredited through the Higher Learning Commision and my previous school is accredited through the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Just looking for some clarification on how transfer of credits may work and if getting a degree with a school accredited in a different part of the country is a good idea.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, and I’m sure it’s something completely simple, I’m just overthinking it.
