Founded in 1906, Western Kentucky University has 19,000 students and its main campus is located in Bowling Green, Kentucky. A “leading American university with international reach”, Western has many undergraduate and Master’s degrees. University-wide “regional” accreditation is common; WKU has SACS accreditation. However, Western’s Gordon Ford College of Business also has AACSB accreditation which focuses upon the business program itself. Only the top 5% of business programs meet AACSB standards – assuring respected degrees.Based upon adult learning principles, all online MBA courses are “bi-term” courses (½ semester) and students may take one course each bi-term. Students can graduate in 2 to 5 years based upon their desires. WKU also offers on-campus Full-time (one year), Professional, and Trilateral MBAs (international). www.wku.edu/mba. Online students enter in the fall or spring (deadlines 4/15 and 10/15).
