Harness the power of the green economy with an innovative degree in Sustainable Management from UW-Superior online. The world is changing rapidly. Individuals, corporations, and organizations must face the challenges of escalating energy costs, environmental damage, and global climate change. The Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Management is an interdisciplinary program that helps students gain a broad understanding of the ways in which business systems, natural systems, and social systems intersect. The curriculum includes courses in: Environmental Studies, Triple Bottom Line Accounting, Natural Resource Management, Information Systems, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Sustainability. With this degree you will be qualified to help businesses develop sustainable practices for a global marketplace, while still helping to preserve natural resources and strengthen community. Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Management can be the foundation for a variety of positions including: Facilities Manager, Plant Manager, Human Resources Director and Product Manager. The Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Management is a collaborative effort of UW-Extension and four University of Wisconsin campuses—UW-Superior, UW-River Falls, UW-Stout, and UW-Parkside—that provides the knowledge and skills students need to create profitable businesses, vibrant communities, and a healthy environment for Wisconsin, the United States, and the world.
