UW-Platteville offers two online project management certificates separate from the Master of Science in Project Management program: Project Management and Advanced Project Management. This program gets the job done. It's a good balance between traditional business functional topics and a pragmatic approach to the PM discipline. Enrollment is small enough that you still get the personal touch, but the institution is part of a highly ranked land-grant university system with plenty of support and resources.
