UW-Platteville offers two online project management certificates separate from the Master of Science in Project Management program: Project Management and Advanced Project Management. The advanced certificate is available for those who have mastered basic project management skills and wish to continue their education.

This program gets the job done. It's a good balance between traditional business functional topics and a pragmatic approach to the PM discipline. Enrollment is small enough that you still get the personal touch, but the institution is part of a highly ranked land-grant university system with plenty of support and resources.
