This innovative, integrated program focuses on the ever-increasing speed of change in today’s business world and prepares students for lead roles as change managers or consultants within an organization. Specifically, the MS in Organizational Change Leadership explores the nature of change, the change process, establishing the change vision, the origins of resistance, assessing readiness for change, communication strategies, assessing stakeholders and sustaining change.
