The online course material from the University of Houston Victoria is taught by PhD Professors and is accessible 24/7 anywhere in the world. This allows students to read the material and plan and complete assignments ahead of the actual due dates. This makes it easier to take multiple courses simultaneously.
There is so much material between the text books, the lecture notes and the power points that it is quite a challenge to find time to read and absorb all of it.
The discussion boards are a great way to learn different perspectives about an issue or case study. In my class there are students living in Quatar and India, as well as different parts of the US, which enriches the assignments on global business and cross cultures.
Graduating from an AACSB Accredited program, at reasonable tuition rates, were my main criteria for choosing UHV's BBA program.
