The flexibility at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs online MBA has been ideal for me. I am a working mom of two and I live out of state. I appreciate the mix of online students from various backgrounds as well as the professors who have been surprisingly helpful and interested in my continued success.
The online format allowed me to balance working full time, parenthood and finishing my MBA. The University of Colorado Colorado Springs online MBA program has rigor and flexibility.
I am a student in the MBA program at UCCS and I work for the MBA department as the Peer Advisor. I like this program because I have been able to learn practical business principles and stretch my skill set through challenging coursework. I like the flexibility of online classes because I can log in anywhere and anytime to work on my assignments without having to show up for class on campus, yet the faculty are just as willing to help me succeed as if I was meeting with them in person each week for class.

I am a current MBA student here. I was an out of state student and was looking for an AACSB accredited business school in a beautiful location. I am almost done and have never looked back on my decision. I think the program is excellent on pretty much all levels. The advisors are extremely nice and helpful. The business building is pretty new and modern and the classes are relatively small. The beautiful location of the campus in the hills over Colorado Springs brings in excellent teachers. All of my professors were/are PhDs. The business school has recently gotten several large donations and the program is getting better all the time. This whole campus of CU is really growing so im sure this program will get larger over time as the school does

Okay. I am looking for a distance MBA. I had no freakin' idea there were more than 500 of them until I searched this site. (By the way thanks who ever did all this research - it is so amazing. Mostly you just see those Phoenixs flying around everywhere) Here is what I want: quality + affordable. Not cheap - just reasonable so I don't have to see my 57 Chevy. Colorado is AACSB accredited (a must for me because I am working with technology engineers and those guys take this stuff seriously.) Also, name brand school with a campus. UCCS has that. GMAT is required but with a range I can pass (total score is 200 to 800 according to the site) The average GMAT score of admitted applicants to the UCCS MBA program is 550. I have a 475. Unless someone has some bad news about this school it is on my top 10 list. Let me know if I should reconsider.
