Sponsored Description:
The Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) degree is an online, 30 hour, general interdisciplinary master’s program designed for working professionals who have previously earned a bachelor of science in engineering degree accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET. Students in the MSE program have the ability to design an individualized plan that meets their current educational and professional goals, independent of the engineering discipline in which their bachelor of science in engineering was earned. The program allows students to combine engineering and management courses to broaden both their technical knowledge and management skills. All courses are offered online, with five 8-week terms per year, allowing students to complete degree requirements quickly, setting them apart from their peers. Tuition rates for all students are based on military tuition reimbursement, $250/credit hour, with an additional $75/credit hour in fees – no out of state tuition. Admission requirements include a bachelor of science in engineering, and a GPA of 3.0 or better (cumulative or on the last 60 hours of course work). The GRE is not required. To apply, submit an application, $40 application fee and an official transcript from every university you attended. Visit http://mse.uark.edu or email mse@uark.edu for more information.
