How cool would it be to say you went to the University of Alaska? Well now you have the chance to get a degree from the comfort of your own bed, even thousands of miles away. How about a bachelor degree in social work? For as low as $20,000, you can get one, and that's a great deal these days!

The University of Alaska has an excellent social work program. I find my professors interested and so informative. They are easy to reach and respond quickly. I do online class because I have fibromyalgia, and it allows me to do homework when I can.
At UAF, if you have a four-year BSW from UAF, you can get into an accelerated Master degree program for social work. This may be my plan as it would only add one more year to my studies, or two if I were to do it part-time.
I have had such success with this program and I am earning excellent grades because of it. I would encourage anyone to check out the University of Alaska's Centers for Distance Education. The address is www.uaf.edu/distance. That address has everything you need to find out more about UAF's programs.
There are over 100 programs to receive a degree in at UAF. Good LUCK, and never, never, never give up!
