Sponsored Description: Not all students choose to earn their degree in a traditional semester format, so Southwestern College offers a program for non-traditional learners who need a degree program that can meet the needs of a busy adult. Thus, the Professional Studies arm of Southwestern College was formed more than 15 years ago. Southwestern College Professional Studies offers bachelor’s degrees, master’s degrees, and certificate programs online and in the classroom one night a week for six weeks. All of our programs are offered in an accelerated format, which allows for more intense learning, but a shorter time commitment per course. You can take classes each consecutive session, or if family and work obligations require you to sit out a session, you can do so without putting your entire goal on hold. Classes begin every six weeks, so you can begin your program whenever you’re ready, and there are no testing requirements for acceptance into our graduate programs. At Southwestern College Professional Studies, we make earning your degree possible!

There is no related program in my country and it is hard to find a security administration program among the universities. Also, it is recommended by ASIS International as well.
GO MOUNDBUILDERS! This degree was demanding but manageable. Don't let the format fool you. You have to love to read, write, and research since papers and discussion boards are a big part of your grade, but the instructors understand that life happens and if you have emergencies they will understand. If you're not self motivated and not able to keep deadlines for yourself, it's probably not for you because the same info the campus students learn is packed into non-stop 6-week courses a class ends on Sunday at midnight and then a new class starts. There is a 2-week break in summer and over the Christmas/New Year Holiday, but you can also sit out of classes if your work/life schedule is too busy which is nice. This is a GREAT program that helped me really gain skills and knowledge to understand leadership in an organizational context that can be applied to real world issues and problems. The interaction with the instructors and other students was outstanding. I completed my undergrad at Southwestern and went back for my MSL. Now I am considering their MBA. This college is VERY military friendly and is an all around great college if you want a solid fully accredited education with a professional staff that takes extra time to devote to you!
I strongly recommend you consider Southwestern College.

This is a very military-friendly school! The instructors really know their materials. The single drawback in the college's Education Counselors-in general, they don't respond in a timely manner to their students.
