My husband went to Seattle Pacific University and had a very hard time with the school because of the lack of distance education programs and concern for working full-time students.
The School of Education at Seattle Pacific University is one of the larger and more developed of the graduate programs at SPU. While it has an excellent reputation the reputation comes at a cost that needs to be considered before enrollment. The financial costs involved in this program are high and the payoff in the form of higher compensation in the workforce is not always in equal measurement.
I received a solid education from Seattle Pacific University though this institution is definitely geared more towards traditional students as opposed to working adults. I was disappointed by the lack of distance programs, lack of evening classes, and lack of opportunities for students who commute.
