Saint Leo's online program is absolutely wonderful. The cost, outrageous. The professors are helpful and on task. The classes are well organized and concise. I have considered leaving time and time again because of the cost, but the attention I receive is SO worth it!

When I first started my BA degree it was at a local brick and mortar college where I live, however my job would only pay actual tuition and not the extra fees that a local college tacks on. I then turned to distance education. My first experience was with University of Phoenix (UoP) and they were not for me. I didn't like their group projects and they were constantly experimenting with class curricula. Then I switched to Saint Leo in 2007. They were awesome! I had the same college guide throughout and my counselor was helpful and encouraging. There were no group projects, you earned your grade on your own merit. Most classes had some type of research paper involved and the homework encouraged students to delve deeper into each subject. The teachers were encouraging and most had doctorate degrees. I am on my last class now and will be graduating in May 2010. I am flying to the graduation where they have a special reception for online students. I cannot tell you how excited I am to receive my degree! Two thumbs up to this college for their very organized distance learning curriculum!
