For a student seeking a quality distance-education from a well-respected university, you won't find much better than Northwestern's programs.
However, the quality and recognition comes at a cost. The tuition and fees for the program are on the high side, but are not significantly different than if you attended in-person.
The program is definitely a resume builder. If your employer will pay for the program, it is a great choice for someone looking to make the next move in their Health/Medical Informatics career.
