This is a great school. I am so happy I made the right choice by coming to MSU Mountain State University. After months of looking for a school that has online classes also I found MSU to be the best choice.

This degree program was recommended by the director of my office (government agency). The instructors were of good quality, the requirements were challenging, and the pace was good (not too fast, but year-round classes in order to speed completion). I believe the skills to be helpful and this was a good bridge to an MBA program for me.

I am pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. Among many things, classes introduce students to principles of leadership, human resources, management, organizational development, and change. We participate in interactive experiences related to problem solving, guided discussions, team projects, journals, research, case studies role playing and more. There is a lot of reading and assignments so you have to be dedicated because it's not easy. If your responsible and on top of your deadlines you will be ahead of the train because it can be fast paced. Another challenge is the team discussion but the professors are aware of this and want to see how you deal with it together. I give this program an "A" because it is an assertive program designed to help you learn from the material, yourself, your professor and each other. You must show effort to succeed. Are you ready to lead with and through others?
