Certification in CPR for Health Care Providers through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Required to maintain certification throughout the program. OR 2.) Non-degree-bearing Candidates: Official transcripts, documenting proof of coursework that led to license, certification, or registration in an allied health field. License, certification, or registration in an allied health field. Official transcripts with a cumulative GPA of 2.50. Certification in CPR for Health Care Providers through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross prior to application to the College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
