Sponsored Description:
Are you curious about the human mind and why people do the things they do? A career in psychology may be the right fit for you, and the Fort Hays State University Department of Psychology can help you get there. A psychology degree also provides exceptional preparation for a number of other career areas. The Department of Psychology offers both the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science tracks. Although the core coursework is the same for both, there are slight differences. Students who earn the Bachelor of Arts in Psychology must complete a 20-hour sequence of out-of-department courses as approved by the Psychology faculty. Generally, this will be a sequence of courses in one area related to your academic or occupational goals. The Bachelor of Arts degree also requires completion of 10 hours of a single foreign language. Students who earn the Bachelor of Science in Psychology must complete 20 hours of course work in natural science and/or mathematics. See why U.S.News & World Report recently ranked FHSU’s competitively priced online undergraduate programs sixth in the nation for teaching practices and student engagement.
