Electronic health records are fast becoming a growing trend in the medical community. You can become part of this new advancement in patient care with a Bachelor degree in Health Information Administration. Our degree combines the disciplines of medicine, management, finance, law and information technology, which gives our graduates the opportunity to have careers in variety of traditional and non-traditional healthcare settings. Our faculty are very active in health information organizations and our program director has been awarded Fellowship status in the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). Our students utilize the latest software programs through the Virtual Lab of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) along with participating in supervised professional practices to achieve field experiences before graduation. Our programs are also CAHIIM accredited and 100% of our graduates in 2011 received jobs or continued their education. Technically, we’re better.
