Capella University has a good and reputable online program. Instructional Design for online learning is on the forefront of education and this degree program provides value to a student and their future in a corporate setting.
While this school did not offer the specific variation of a degree that I was seeking, and therefore I have not attended it, it has served one of my colleagues extremely well.
That being said, why would I review and ultimately recommend Capella to you? It is because of the great second hand experience that I have encountered that would make me consider Capella if pursuing a degree.
The professors invest a lot of time in the students and this has greatly benefited my friend, our business relationship, and ultimately because of Capella empowering him to be successful, I have been successful.

I heard the coursework at this school was relatively easy to get through because the professors didn't check for APA requirements (not good). By the time one gets ready to complete their degree, they are held accountable for APA and they have no additional APA courses before starting dissertation.

Wonderful experience. The classes were informative, the school administration was helpful and the teachers where very good to work with. I enjoyed going to seminars and meeting other students. The degree has opened other doors and given me more options.
