Being accepted into Ball State's MBA program proved beneficial and worthwhile. The faculty, course content,and overall expectations the department places on each student is essential for the development and advancement of one's career. The immersive learning that took place within each class through individual and group projects helped me in the development of leadership, critical thinking and executive communication skills that could be utilized through cross-functional teams.
