Sponsored Description: The Auburn Distance MBA is an AACSB accredited program that offers convenient course delivery with a strong brand name. The Auburn Distance MBA takes new students in both spring and fall semesters. The 36 credit hour program mirrors the on campus program in that we film the live classes and then stream them online or through DVD distribution to students across the country and numerous military installations world-wide. The Auburn Distance MBA has been educating students since 1990 and over 1300 students have received their MBA degree through this delivery method. There are 9 prerequisite courses in accounting, economics, finance, management, marketing, calculus and statistics that must be completed prior to the start of the program. Students accepted into the program generally score between 550-600 on the GMAT. We do not accept the GRE for admission. The cost for the Auburn Distance MBA is $750 per credit hour (fall 2012). For the 36 credit hour program, the total cost is $27,000. There is a one-time 3 day residency on campus that is required at the very end of your time in the program to present findings from the Case Study Analysis course.

Attending Auburn has been a wonderful experience. They typically admit about 50 students which gives you a chance to get to know all of your classmates well. The professors are all passionate educators and excel at motivating students to get the most out of their time in the program.

This is my second week in the MBA program. My experience tells me that it is really a good program as I ever thought it could have been. Challenge works always let you keep a busy schedule, which I think is very much helpful in my career later on. Once you come, you will enjoy here definitely.

I have been very pleased with my experience thus far. I started the MBA program spring 2010 and have learned a great deal. I appreciate the student/professor relationship dynamic of the program. Professors/instructors teach on a personal level which really creates an interactive classroom environment. I highly recommend the full time MBA program here at Auburn University to those who may be considering it.
