The Masters program of HSOE is a unique program because of its emphasis on multi-cultural diversification. Regardless of the program chosen to pursue, this emphasis is present. Situated in California, with several campuses, this program offers several courses that focus on mentoring diverse populations, community development, and cross-cultural and international studies. Conducted within a cohort setting (a group of adult peers) that is often only found in doctoral programs, this Masters of Art in Education offers a solid foundation for certificate, non-certificate, and Administrative learners alike.
