GO MOUNDBUILDERS! This degree was demanding but manageable. Don't let the format fool you. You have to love to read, write, and research since papers and discussion boards are a big part of your grade, but the instructors understand that life happens and if you have emergencies they will understand. If you're not self motivated and not able to keep deadlines for yourself, it's probably not for you because the same info the campus students learn is packed into non-stop 6-week courses a class ends on Sunday at midnight and then a new class starts. There is a 2-week break in summer and over the Christmas/New Year Holiday, but you can also sit out of classes if your work/life schedule is too busy which is nice. This is a GREAT program that helped me really gain skills and knowledge to understand leadership in an organizational context that can be applied to real world issues and problems. The interaction with the instructors and other students was outstanding. I completed my undergrad at Southwestern and went back for my MSL. Now I am considering their MBA. This college is VERY military friendly and is an all around great college if you want a solid fully accredited education with a professional staff that takes extra time to devote to you! I strongly recommend you consider Southwestern College.
