Very easy to navigate through the online courses. Tons of resources available to assist with any problems or issues. Curriculum is challenging and beneficial to my daily work. Helps not only with job function, but also with how to time manage. The facilitators are extremely helpful. Being able to do the work according to my schedule is a huge benefit. The assignments that are due during the week, help keep you from falling behind and are not extremely time consuming. These assignments are usually discussion posts.
