Charter Oak State College is amazing. You get some of the best counseling and advising available. Whenever I e-mail my academic counselor a question, I get a response back within the same day. The degree program is very affordable and flexible. Charter Oak allows students to test out of certain courses via a variety of testing methods and applies those same credits toward a variety of degree programs. If time and money are the most important factors a student is considering, I'd say look no further than Charter Oak State College to assist in satisfying those needs. The Psychology program is comprehensive. I am very pleased with the level of education and attention I have received. I did not expect that from an online program, but have been pleasantly surprised.
