The online MBA is very flexible for those of us who work at least 40 hours a week and don't have time to go to night school because of our busy lives. The professors understand this and usually allow the deadlines for assignments and quizzes/exams to span over a weekend. Overall Whitewater makes it easy for the average person to commit to an MBA and still continue to have their normal schedule.
