George Washington University is more well known for it's on-site degree programs. But in the last 10 years they have added various online options for students. They have a good reputation, but their business programs are more expensive per unit than some other online options.

USC has a reputation for being one of the top universities in the county, and their Rossier school of education is well-known. Recently, they began to offer graduate education programs online to reach more students. With this degree you get the reputation of USC, with the downside being additional costs compared to some other online options.

Harvard University shifting to offer online programs is important to increasing the credibility of online programs. Recently, Harvard began to offer free online courses (non-credit) for people who may simply want to learn more. I think it is a valuable idea and it will be interesting to see how they move forward with it.
