 WGU’s online Master of Science in Nursing, Leadership and Management (MSNLM) degree program prepares nurses who hold a current RN to become the transformational leaders our dynamic healthcare industry demands. Designed in collaboration with healthcare’s foremost leaders, the MSNLM program focuses on advanced nursing, nursing leadership, strategy, organizational management, and healthcare business and financial management. Students will be equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to stand out as leaders amidst the complexities of an ever-evolving industry. Graduates of the MSNLM program will earn both their BSN and MSN degrees.
