Rockford Career College is a private, two-year institution located in Rockford, Illinois. The school was founded in 1862 when two entrepreneurs started Rockford Business College during the Civil War. In the years that followed, the school expanded its offerings and added more occupational programs. It is the fifth oldest college in the state of Illinois. Ownership of the school changed several times over the years, but its core mission has remained the same: "To provide relevant training to get you into the workforce quickly."
