Learn to design, control, and manage technical processes while continuously improving an organization’s operations. Students will study technical operations topics, such as project management, supervision and leadership, enterprise computer methods, and quality assurance. This completion degree program teaches students to find the most efficient and effective operations in meeting customer requirements. Students who studied engineering, industrial technologies, business management, or health technologies may be a good fit for this program, but other majors are accepted, too. In addition to earning a Bachelor of Science in Technical Operations Management from the Russ College of Engineering and Technology, you will complete a minor in business from the College of Business.
